Production - CNC Machinist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Full Job Description Team360 Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Set Machinist in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who’s confident setting up CNC equipment, proving out programs, and supporting production teams on the floor.
Responsibilities Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and offsets
Verify and prove out CNC programs
Inspect first-piece parts and make adjustments as needed
Support production machinists and troubleshoot issues
Read blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measuring tools
Requirements 5+ years of CNC setup experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience with CNC controls, tooling, and precision inspection
AS9100 experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
