Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our Respiratory Therapy team! We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Respiratory Therapist who will provide our patients with top level care. You will also consult with other health care practitioners in the management or prevention of cardiopulmonary disorders.

Render respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.

Consult with and aid other health care practitioners in management or prevention of cardiopulmonary disorders, with minimal direction.

Assess patient's condition and follow up to ensure appropriateness of therapy.

Educate patients and their families regarding respiratory treatment/therapy.

Assist in providing education to other departments regarding respiratory therapies and modalities.

An Associate's Degree in Applied Science and Respiratory Therapy.

A current NY State Respiratory Therapist License.

Current NBRC Credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Team focused and collaborative with other departments in the coordination of patient care.

Location: Main Hospital, 1275 York Avenue, in NYC.

Night Shift (7:00pm-7:30am), nights vary, includes weekends and rotating holidays.
