Job Description Program ManagerNeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky | Bowling Green, KYNeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky.The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Bowling Green program, helping ensure that persons served receive high-quality, safe, structured, and person-centered care.About the RoleThe Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and works under their direction to carry out program operations, priorities, and initiatives.This position is ideal for a strong healthcare or rehabilitation leader who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing staff supervision, scheduling, transportation, appointments, programming, and day-to-day operational needs.What You'll DoExecute daily program operations under the direction of the Executive Director.Coordinate therapy schedules, appointments, and programming logistics.Manage calendars and service coordination for persons served.Support implementation of program initiatives and operational goals established by the Executive Director.Address employee relations matters in partnership with Human Resources and leadership.Promote a safe, structured, therapeutic, and supportive environment for persons served.Work collaboratively with clinical, therapy, direct care, and administrative teams to support quality outcomes.Bachelor 's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.Ability to follow direction while effectively managing multiple operational priorities.Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CARF standards.Opportunity to work in the specialized and rewarding field of neuro- rehabilitation.Professional growth and advancement opportunities.Comprehensive medical benefits401(k) retirement planOpportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to improving the quality of life and independence of the individuals we serv
