Recruit with Purpose
You’ll manage the candidate journey from resume to hiring manager with precision and care.
Send offers, kick off pre-employment screenings, and confirm start dates aligned with training schedules.
Lead "Welcome to Orkin" calls to set clear expectations and get every hire started right.
Stay in touch with every new hire through their first 6 months—ensuring they’re supported, equipped, and engaged.
Drive hiring progress with data-backed updates to leaders.
Host check-ins, monitor reports, and continuously improve our hiring pipeline.
Lead monthly retention roundtables and collaborate on recruiting events.
Compensation is from $18.00 USD to $34.00 USD per hour
