Integrity Staffing Services is an independently owned and operated staffing and recruiting company with multiple locations throughout Virginia to best serve a broad base of clientele. Our mission is to deliver innovative and flexible staffing solutions using a combination of technology and human insight that help our clients fill key roles and optimize their workforce, while fostering a reputation of honesty and integrity. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and highly motivated team! The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone.

This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Virginia Beach, VA area!

Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools

Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm that candidate qualifications meet our client’s requirements and responsibilities

Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client

Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network

Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. Customer service or sales focused experience

Passion for helping others

Ability to think critically about issues that may arise and make creative, strategic plans to navigate those issues

Ability to work with honesty and integrity that will support the best practices of recruiting

Potential for overtime

Target salary of $55,000 - $58,000 in first year based on performance
