Key Responsibilities:
Assisting nurses and often overseeing one or more CNA to carry out care plans, and maintain patient comfort and well being
Taking a direct role in providing personal care to those in their charge, often assisting with all areas of the patients daily living needs
Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members
Requirements:
ASN Minimum
Licensed LPN in the State
Pass the NCLEX-PN
BLS & ACLS
