Position Title: Junior Estimator
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on commercial projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. Junior Estimator Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates
Junior Estimator Requirements:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial)
- SEP retirement plan with company contributions of 20-30% of salary
