Head of Partnership and Distribution

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-impact Director of Channel Partnership to lead and scale our distribution footprint across the Electronics and Electrical markets. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers who serve as the primary link between our brand and our most critical partners.You aren't just managing accounts; you are building a high-performance ecosystem. You will be responsible for the "big picture" strategy—aligning channel activities with corporate revenue goals while coaching your team to drive partner loyalty and operational excellence.Identify untapped opportunities in the Electrical and Electronics sectors and lead the onboarding of new high-value distributors.High-Level Contract Negotiation: Act as the subject matter expert for complex enterprise-level agreements. Serve as the voice of the Channel. Regularly present performance metrics, pipeline health, and market outlooks to the executive leadership team.
