Compliance and Claims Auditor

About the job JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a fronting carrier seeking a Claims Analyst to join their claims team. This role focuses on monitoring and assessing claims handled by third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring proper handling, compliance, and performance across bodily injury and general liability programs while working closely with senior claims leadership. Monitor and review claims activity handled by third-party administrators to ensure proper handling and compliance.
Assess approvals, denials, and overall claims handling practices to align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze bodily injury and general liability claims activity and provide recommendations where necessary.
3+ years of experience handling or overseeing Bodily Injury or General Liability claims.
- Background within insurance claims, ideally working with carriers, TPAs, or similar claims environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and assess claims handling practices.
