Endocrinology, Endocrinologist - Monday - Friday, Outpatient clinic

Job Summary

Join Intermountain Health as an Endocrinology Physician at the Cedar City Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic. You will provide outpatient endocrine care, working with an APP, Diabetes Educators, RNs, MAs, and front‑office staff. The role is Monday‑through‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (flexible options available) and is outpatient only with no on‑call duties.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive endocrinology clinical services to patients within Cedar City and surrounding counties.

Collaborate with team members, including an APP, Diabetes Educators, RNs, MAs, and front‑office support, to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Maintain and advance clinical knowledge through continued education and CME activities.

Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.

Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine.

Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology.

Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $305,000.00.
• Sign‑on bonus: $30,000.
• Relocation assistance: up to $20,000.
• Residency stipend for physicians in training.
• Student loan repayment: $75,000 where applicable.
• 24‑hour CME allowance and paid time off.
