As a Panel Builder, you play a critical role in ensuring our equipment performs reliably in the field. The control panels you build power the systems our customers depend on every day. Your attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality directly impact machine performance, safety, and customer satisfaction around the world.
As a Panel Builder, you will:

Build wrapping unit control panels from start to finish
Mount electrical components and complete panel wiring
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Support the Team Leader in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical quality issues as needed
Follow work instructions to ensure panels meet Lantech quality standards
High School Diploma
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
Familiarity with common electrical devices
Basic computer skills (opening and saving files, etc.)
Ability to adapt to customer or engineering changes
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
Previous experience building electrical panels or working in a manufacturing environment
