Artist - Hourly

Deka Lash is EXPANDING across Akron/Fairlawn, OH (Montrose) and we are hiring the best Lash Artists / Estheticians (Aestheticians) / Cosmetologists. We are looking for someone with some experience that requires little training. Are you committed to providing a positive and empowering female work environment for our clients and team members?

We are looking for the best lash artist/esthetician in the area to join our team of top tier lash artists in the business!

Competitive Salary (hourly) - Make ($18-$35/hour) $35K to $65K per year

Service and Product commissions with performance bonuses

Quarterly team-building events

Continuous training specific to Deka Lash and uniforms provided

Hand sanitizer and C3 disinfectant (C3’s active ingredient is a chemical used by many hospitals to sterilize medical and lab equipment / surfaces)

Regular disinfecting and sanitation procedures multiple times a day

Health & Safety training provided to all employees

Client management, inclusive of checking clients in/out and building customer loyalty

Willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash

Compensation: $0.18 per hour
