With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Accountabilities Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.

Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.

Implement and manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the produce or perishable goods industry

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software; Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software.
