Your role at KIK: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our 2nd Shift team and oversee all activities at our main warehouse as well as two off-site facilities. You will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our warehousing operations. You'll manage day-to-day operations, direct warehouse staff, and ensure that our products reach customers on time and in full compliance with regulations.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution to maximize efficiency and ensure materials are available for production lines.
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain performance and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels, conduct counts, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely system entries.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized warehouse through regular inspections and training.
Coordinate the timely flow, delivery, and documentation of goods and materials.
Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained to prevent disruptions.
Improve warehouse performance metrics and control operating costs through analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with government regulations related to warehouse operations.
Execute demand planning and deliver accurate customer demand forecasts.
High School diploma or GED required.

• 4 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing warehouse setting (Required)
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, MS Office Suite, Tech-savvy and basic Excel functions. (Understanding of Kaizen, Lean, and/or Six Sigma practices. (Work in a warehouse environment, sometimes in varying weather conditions and including physical manual labor.
