Hospice Nurse Weekend (RN) Home Care

ProHealth Care

ProHealth Care in Waukesha is seeking a Visit Nurse to collaborate with a team in overseeing patient care in a home care/home hospice setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and computer skills. An Associate's degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's preferred.
You must hold a valid RN license and have clinical experience in home health. Join us to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while working in an inclusive and supportive environment.
