Come work with a local, women and therapist-founded company committed to elevating your experience as a school-based professional. Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role for the 20262027 school year. Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week

Set and support academic and behavioral goals

Create teacher-friendly data collection systems

Must hold a valid BCBA MoPro license in Missouri

Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
