QC Chemist - Temporary

Our client, a leader in the healthcare and biotechnology industry, is seeking a Chemist I to join their team. As a Chemist I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Infectious Disease business unit. Job Title: Chemist I
Investigate problem areas and identify opportunities for process improvements
Perform in-process QC testing related to qualifications, quality inspections, and titrations
Maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with pipetting, spectrophotometry, HPLC, pH meters, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and ELISA assays
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with moderate supervision
Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, manufacturing, and word processing software
