At TTUHSC, our LVNs are vital members of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing safe, compassionate, and competent care within a correctional healthcare setting.

As the largest maximum-security correctional facility in Texas, Allred serves a unique and often underserved patient population, providing nurses with opportunities to make a meaningful impact every day.

Current Openings

Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (4 on/ 4 off)

Enjoy a predictable rotating schedule that provides four consecutive workdays followed by four consecutive days off, offering excellent work-life balance.

Day Shift

LVN | Rotating, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM

Night Shift

LVN | Rotating, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM

Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential:

Night Differential: +$3/hr on weekday nights

Required Qualifications:

Current LVN License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of vocational nursing within 120 days of applying for a position.

Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

New graduates must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) on the first attempt.
