Schedule: Days
Assignment Details: Holiday coverage not required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification is required.
Responsibilities:
Operate echocardiography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging.
Ensure high-quality imaging for cardiologist interpretation.
Utilize the echocardiography system to write preliminary reports.
Document patient care services in electronic medical records.
Work independently as well as part of a team, providing quality patient care.
Maintain and record information regarding equipment and protocols.
Perform various types of echocardiography exams, including stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms.
