Head of Sales Management

Sales Manager We’re seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.
Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
Perform ride‑alongs (4-5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
W2, OTE $175,000-$350,000+ (draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
Full‑time, weekends required
Field‑based role
