Fully Remote Real Estate Attorney

Valence LLP is seeking an experienced transactional real estate attorney to join our team.
Valence LLP is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in San Francisco and is ranked by Chambers & Partners as a leading boutique firm for commercial real estate. We pair that with infrastructure comparable to a large firm, using tools such as NetDocuments, Harvey, Draftable, Wrike, Zoom, and Slack to collaborate seamlessly whether our team is in the office or working remotely.

Our ideal candidate has 6 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leases, subleases, and purchase and sale transactions. We are looking for someone with exceptional drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with clients and successfully close transactions. D. from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of at least one state bar. Performance-based bonuses
