The role involves working with terminally ill patients in both home and nursing facility settings across several counties. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice

Provide end-of-life care to terminally ill patients in home or nursing facility settings
Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day within an 8-hour shift
Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient charting and documentation
Collaborate effectively with other hospice care team members

Requirements of the RN - Hospice

Active RN license in WV
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience
