Work Shift: Days
Union: UFCW 21 Pro Tech
Shift Differentials/Premiums:
Evening - $3.00/hour
Night - $5.00/hour
Weekend - $4.50/hour
Pharm Night - $8.50/hour
Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
Student Coord - 1 = $2.00/hour, 2+ = $3.25/hour
Applies sonography safely to patients for diagnostic purposes upon the request of a physician. Also works under the supervision of the interpreting physicians for cardiac sonography.
Completion of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
Experience: Two years previous experience in adult transthoracic, stress (exercise and dobutamine), transesophageal (TEE) cardiac ultrasound preferred. Hospital setting preferred.
Credentialed or eligible for credentialing through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
