Life Insurance Sales Professional

Executive Financial Partners LLC

At Executive Financial Partners, we deliver premium supplemental health insurance solutions to businesses, families, and individualshelping protect what matters most when life takes an unexpected turn. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll take full ownership of your territoryclosing deals, building strong relationships with business owners, and developing a book of business that creates long-term financial security. Your focus will be on driving results, maximizing your production, and setting the standard for performance.

Performance-based income: weekly draw, uncapped commissions, monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock bonuses, vested renewal income, and annual incentive trips.

Elite-level training & mentorship: learn directly from top producers and proven leaders.

Fast-track advancement: promotions earned through performance, not tenure.

A proven track record in sales, leadership, athletics, or competitive environments.

Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided)

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)

1099 independent contractor role (self-employed, not a W-2 employee)

Optional weekly draw available
Monthly cash bonuses and quarterly stock bonuses
