Xpressdocs is looking for an experienced Client Consultant to join our Client Services team.
Effectively handle telephone, email, and chat requests by processing the information received accurately and efficiently.
Deliver a high level of customer service to every customer.
1-5 years of Contact Center experience.

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• A proficiency in Microsoft.
• Ability to take calls or chats.

Handle all calls and chats in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner.
To have a good understanding of the significance of customer service and always adhere to a high standard.
Attain the service levels set by leadership.
Recognize the importance of flexibility regarding clocking in/out, breaks, lunches, ensuring service levels are not affected at any time during the shift.
Maintain composure when dealing with difficult customers.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
