Salesperson for Retail Sales

Our goal as a company is to raise awareness on the clients behalf, while creating the most unforgettable experience with the customers. We are looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate is responsible for upholding store standards and delivering positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team. You will process new products, recovery of the sales floor, stocking shelves, and cleaning throughout the store.
Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting.
Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.
Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness
Provide customers with up-to-date relevant information about the products.
Provide excellence service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers promptly, and maintains cleanliness.
Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store

1-2 years of experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required

• Able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and POS Systems.
