Job Summary An HR Specialist supports the HR Manager by overseeing daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with employment laws. They assist in policy implementation, maintain employee records, and resolve personnel issues. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Office. Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and maintain training records.
Maintain digital employee records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and process payroll.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolving complaints, and supporting performance management.
Work Environment This job is carried out in a professional office setting and involves using standard office equipment like laptops, desk phones, and smartphones. Regular visits to production facilities may also be required. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, cold temperatures, and electrical shock and vibration risks. Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits
