We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically rigorous Strategic Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the financial trajectory of a rapidly growing healthcare company. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and market insights.
Use AI tooling to automate our finance processes and build more efficient systems for handling reimbursements (moving away from saas!)
Drive strategic partnerships with key external players
Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.

• 1-3+ in finance/banking in a highly technical role

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, in addition to equity and benefits. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
#Workplace Policy

Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
