Ready to help take the JLT brand to the next level? Taylor Trucking, Inc. (JLT) is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to bring fresh ideas to life. This hands-on role will lead brand development, content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement while helping JLT expand its presence and grow across existing and emerging markets.

Brand development & positioning Build a cohesive brand identity and differentiated market positioning.

Maintain consistent messaging, visual standards, and marketing materials across channels.

Lead generation & market growth Plan targeted campaigns for commercial, roll-off, and property management prospects.

Digital advertising Manage Google, Microsoft, and Meta advertising campaigns, budgets, and optimization.

Implement conversion tracking and assess cost per lead and customer acquisition performance.

Website strategy & search visibility Improve website content, user experience, inquiry paths, and conversion opportunities.

Lead SEO and local search initiatives for current and emerging markets.

Sales enablement Create proposals support materials, brochures, leave-behinds, presentations, and campaign assets.

Coordinate closely with Sales on outreach and customer acquisition initiatives.

Assist with CRM and Reporting

Social media & customer communications Own social media planning, content creation, content calendars, and community-facing messaging.

Develop customer newsletters, announcements, and educational communications as needed.

Market expansion, events & partnerships Launch localized campaigns for new markets and service areas.

Attend Networking, PR, and Marketing Events as Needed

Identify and coordinate trade events, sponsorships, networking, and community engagement opportunities.

Talent attraction & careers marketing Partner with Human Resources to promote JLT Trucking’s careers page and open positions through the company website, social media, digital campaigns, and recruitment materials.

Develop employer-brand messaging and recruitment marketing campaigns that increase awareness of career opportunities and attract qualified applicants.

Community outreach program Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of JLT Trucking’s community outreach program, including local partnerships, volunteer initiatives, educational activities, and community events.

Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align outreach activities with JLT’s service areas, brand values, and community relationships; Internship program development Assist Human Resources and department leaders in designing and launching a structured internship program, including outreach to schools and colleges, promotional materials, and candidate recruitment.

Support internship program communications, onboarding resources, and program evaluation in partnership with designated supervisors.

Analytics & business alignment Establish marketing KPIs and report on lead sources, conversion, advertising ROI, and revenue contribution.

Use performance insights to refine campaigns and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Coordinate projects with Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Operations, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing strategy and hands-on execution.

Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, analytics, SEO, website management, and CRM/lead tracking.

Strong writing, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills.

Ability to connect marketing investments to sales outcomes and company objectives.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, usage of AI tools.
