Job Description Summary The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for the delivery of customer service, safety and productivity standards for the group exercise programs.

Hours of Work Saturdays- 9:00AM to Noon

Weekdays- 5:30PM to 7:30PM Candidate must have weekend and evening availability. Responsibilities And Duties 85% Customer Satisfaction: Serves as positive role model through the direct performance of class instruction and by demonstrating:

positive attitude towards members, staff, programs and the facility;

an awareness of limitations and seeking suggestions for improvement in performance from appropriate persons.

As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum Qualifications High School or GED (Required)

ACE - Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist - American Council on Exercise

ACSM - American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer - American College of Sports Medicine

Anatomy, special needs of participants, in particular knowledge regarding adult exercise and special populations. Work Shift Variable Scheduled Weekly Hours : As Needed
