Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and amendments, ensuring their needs are consistently met.

Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the agency’s system.

Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to agency processes.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to support their insurance needs and encourage long‑term loyalty.

Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, agency products, and services to ensure accurate information is relayed to clients.

Support Team: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service setting, preferably in insurance or a related field.

Professional License: Current Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines License.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused: Strong desire to assist and support clients, ensuring satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide thoughtful, comprehensive solutions.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
