Head of Programme Management

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of program management experience
  • Proven track record of delivery of major initiatives at large and complex financial institutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including experience performing this across multiple functions
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work during Eastern Time hours
  • Experience with cross-functional, matrix organization environments
  • Experience with global delivery and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience with steering committee and C-suite advisory interactions
  • Experience with RAID log management and end-to-end lifecycle management
  • Experience with 3rd party/vendor oversight and resource optimization
  • Experience with business strategy translation and target operating model development
  • Experience with business transformation and capability mapping
  • Experience with value realization and portfolio rationalization
  • Experience with program charter development and milestone tracking
  • Experience with change management and influence without authority
