Receptionist
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and providing general clerical support while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain front desk operations including mail distribution and visitor sign-in
Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and data entry
Assist with resident and visitor inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous reception or office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policies
