It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job SummaryUnder supervision, perform/support various warehouse and distribution activities including: pick, packing, receiving, boxing, shipping, processing paperwork, counting, and performing various other tasks but not limited to various other activities.Essential FunctionsINVENTORYReceive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.Organize and store inventory in designated areas using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.ORDER FULFILLMENTPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.Ensure shipping orders are accurately documented and labeled.Coordinate with shipping software to ship goods.Ability to perform boxing functions as part of kitting process.WAREHOUSE MAINTENANCEMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by regularly cleaning and organizing storage areas.Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTINGMaintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, shortages, and other warehouse activities.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.OTHER DUTIESComply with all GMP requirementsRequired/Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma required1-3 years Warehouse experience requiredPhysical DemandsStanding - ConstantlyWalking - ConstantlySitting - OccasionallyLifting - Constantly (50 pounds)Carrying - ConstantlyPushing - ConstantlyPulling - ConstantlyTalking - OccasionallyHearing - FrequentlyRepetitive Motions - ConstantlyEye/Hand/Foot Coordination - ConstantlyWorking ConditionsExtreme cold - OccasionallyExtreme heat - OccasionallyHumidity - OccasionallyWet - OccasionallyNoise - FrequentlyZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
