Phlebotomist, Hospital Phlebotomy

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Kansas City MO 64118.

Schedule: M-F, shift could possibly be 7:30a-4:30p OR 8:30a-5:30pm depending on site need, new hire needs to be aware that schedule may change. If temp is hired shift will include rotational Saturdays 8a-12p

Contract Length: 3 Months+
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.
Properly explain in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. Check all test requisitions or computer labels against the script to ensure 100% correctness.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
of phlebotomy experience is required.
