Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive abilities, and swallowing function while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders

Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's functional goals

Provide therapy services for post-acute, neurological, and medically complex patients

Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care

Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Active SLP license required

Strong communication and clinical skills

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
