As a Distinguished Software Engineer, you'll define the long-term technical strategy and architecture for a next-generation compute platform that combines secure execution environments, micro-VM isolation, serverless runtimes, Kubernetes, and modern software delivery practices. The Walmart Cloud Native Platform team is responsible for building Walmart's secure execution platform for AI-powered applications and autonomous software agents.

Our platform combines secure sandboxed execution, micro-VM technology, serverless computing, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD capabilities into a unified developer platform. We own the platform end-to-end—from secure runtime infrastructure through deployment automation—while delivering a seamless developer experience for engineering teams across Walmart.
