The Company is seeking a Dean for its Law Center, which is known for its unique integration of civil and common law. The successful candidate will be the chief academic and administrative officer, responsible for providing strategic leadership in all areas, including academic programs, research, faculty and staff development, enrollment management, student success, fiscal stewardship, fundraising, and external engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation of a newly adopted curriculum that deepens the institution's commitment to bijuralism, and the Dean will be expected to honor the company's civil law heritage while advancing its national and international standing in legal education.
Applicants for the Dean position at the company's Law Center should have a J.D. and a distinguished record of scholarly and professional accomplishments, suitable for a full professorship with tenure. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished academic leader with a clear vision for the future, capable of fostering a culture that values academic excellence and student success. The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, and the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Provost to ensure the Law Center's continued distinction and to lead it through the next phase of development.
