Administrative Assistant
Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant with experience in the Logistic Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Rexburg, ID. General office duties may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned.
Administrative duties including answering the phone and helping customers.
