As Program Manager , you will join our growing Enterprise PMO function and lead enterprise level initiatives that are critical to scaling our business. Our PMO thrives in a growth environment where structure is evolving – you’ll help set that structure while still getting things done.

Identify, track, and mitigate risks while ensuring dependencies are managed effectively

Coach and mentor team members on program management practices

5–7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high‑growth or technology‑driven environment

Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches

Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables

Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $98,000–$120,000 and benefits. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
