As an LNA, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.

• Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
• Participate in required annual training programs.

High School graduate or equivalent

Licensure, Registration, and Certification
~Hours: Our LNA staff work 12-hour shifts. We are flexible and open to candidates combining available shifts to create either a full-time or part-time schedule.
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Opportunities to maximize earnings through a combination of available day, night, and weekend shifts:

• $4.00/hour overnight differential (excluding Friday nights)
• $5.00/hour Friday night differential
• $4.00/hour weekend differential for all Saturday and Sunday day and night shifts
