Physiatrist-(Weekends)

Scope of Work

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard Qualifications

Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program

Preferred Master’s Degree

6 months of relevant experience Preferred

LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

LIC-Driver’s License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
