Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Charlotte, NC

We’re seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Charlotte team. This role offers a steady schedule, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to build a workload that fits your goals.

Position Overview

Hourly pay: $50–$58/hour, based on experience

Additional daily bonus potential

Daytime-only schedule

Full-time, part-time, and multi-location opportunities available

Supportive team environment with established patient flow

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide preventive care, including cleanings and periodontal maintenance

Assess oral health and review medical/dental histories

Take and evaluate digital radiographs

Apply fluoride treatments and sealants

Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations

Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation

Work collaboratively with dentists and team members

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active NC or SC Dental Hygiene license

Degree in Dental Hygiene (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)

Strong communication and patient education skills

Dependable and team-oriented

Schedule

Monday–Friday, daytime hours

8-hour shifts

Optional Saturdays
