Were hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Services Representative who believes great service can strengthen a community. This role is teller-focused ideal for someone who enjoys helping people creating welcoming experiences and wants an opportunity to grow into broader financial service responsibilities.

At North Coast Credit Union our Member Service Representatives are often the first face members see. From our Mount Vernon branch youll help deliver trusted people-centered service while supporting the credit unions mission of improving financial well-being.

In this role you will:
Welcome members and provide accurate teller services including cash handling and transaction processing
Balance and safeguard your cash drawer with strong attention to detail
Resolve account questions with empathy and professionalism
Educate members on services that support their financial goals
Open accounts and assist with lending as you grow in the role
Maintain accurate records and protect member information
Travel to other branches to support operational needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role youll have:
High school diploma or equivalent
The ability to convey financial terminology in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Basic computer skills
The ability to travel to other branches
Previous cash handling experience (highly preferred)
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
The ability to obtain NMLS Registration and Notary license.

Additional Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks in accordance with credit union policy and applicable law.

Schedule
This position is full-time approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is generally Monday Friday 8:30 am 5:30 pm

The position also plays an important role in ensuring our members receive a high level of service. To support these efforts periodic travel between branch locations is required. Candidates must have access to a reliable insured vehicle for business travel. Travel time between branch locations will be compensated and mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
