We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice House team. In this specialized role, you will provide holistic nursing care to patients and families facing life-limiting illness, ensuring dignity, comfort, and support. Working closely with interdisciplinary team members, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality hospice and palliative care.

Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Coordinate patient/family education, discharge planning, and transfer processes.

Administer medications, including subcutaneous injections and pain management therapies, with precision and compassion.

Perform sterile dressing changes and follow infection control protocols.

Accurately assess and document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospice standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (IDT) to update and coordinate individualized care plans.

Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in condition.

Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Current RN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing or Compact Multistate Licensure.

One year of hospital or nursing home experience.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).

• 12 years of hospice nursing experience.
• HPCN (Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center) Certification.
• 35 years of experience in hospital or long-term care nursing.

Full-time opportunity; may include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on patient needs.
