Physician - Hematology and Oncology - Medical Oncologist/Hematologist

Alabama Oncology is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join their established and growing practice. Alabama Oncology has been providing cancer care in central Alabama since 1984 and is one of the largest, private, community-based providers of cancer care services in Alabama. The practice has 24 board certified physicians and has a network of 9 clinics strategically located throughout central Alabama with a strong presence in Birmingham’s major hospitals so patients can receive treatment close to home.

Alabama Oncology has an extensive clinical research program and a retail pharmacy, as well as lab and pathology services. The practice provides Medical Oncology, Hematology, Gynecologic Oncology, Surgical Oncology and Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery services.

Alabama Oncology offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including three weeks vacation and one week paid CME. Physician will be eligible for partnership after three years.

Unrestricted AL medical license (or ability to obtain one) and DEA.
