Junior Litigation Attorney
Location: Downtown Los Angeles / San Jose / South Bay, CA

Compensation: $110K-$170K

Experience: 1-4 Years

This role focuses on 1-4 years California employer‑side employment litigation; pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice in CA state/federal courts; discrimination, wage‑and‑hour, and PAGA matters; independent case ownership; mediation/arbitration preparation; strong written advocacy.

Compensation: $180K-$240K + 15% bonus + equity

Compensation: $165K-$190K base; OTE $250K-$380K with uncapped quarterly productivity bonus
