Host Greeter - $ hourly
Sunset Marquis Hotel
The Sunset Marquis is a four-diamond hotel located in West Hollywood and includes Cavatina restaurant, Bar 1200, and SPA. The Host/Greeter is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all restaurant guests while creating a memorable experience by greeting, escorting/directing guests, providing accurate information, and responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Present guests with menus, communicate server name, relay any relevant information, and remove any additional place settings.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries and requests.
Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and overall service.
Adapt to frequent change, fast paced environment, delays, or unexpected events.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Luxury hotel/fine dining experience preferred.
Food Handlers card is required.
Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is a plus.
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus.
Proficient in English- verbal and written.
Must have flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
