Job Description Solid Rock Recruiting - The #1 Specialty Recruiter in The USA Estimator | Division 10 Specialties
A growing and well-respected specialty contractor is seeking an Estimator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who enjoys the preconstruction process and wants to play a key role in helping secure and deliver commercial projects.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate pricing and complete scope coverage

Identify scope gaps, project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors throughout the bidding process
Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and bid documentation
Assist with project turnover and communication to operations following project award

Fire Protection Specialties

Visual Display Boards
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business software
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
