HVAC Sales Dispatcher

Bell Brothers is looking for a Sales Dispatcher to drive revenue by coordinating and dispatching sales opportunities across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, and Sewer. In this role, you'll ensure the right technician is assigned to the right opportunity at the right time while keeping schedules optimized and aligned with daily sales goals.

Dispatch calls based on technician skill, performance, and availability

Adjust schedules in real time to handle cancellations, delays, and urgent needs

Coordinate turnovers and capture in-home sales opportunities

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
